The Marching Generals will be making two more appearances in September.
Put in Bay Historical Weekend,
Put in Bay, September 12th. Activities and events at the Perry Memorial include the Grand Parade on Saturday with area and local dignitaries, several high school bands and island antique and classic cars, War of 1812 military encampment, musket & cannon firing demonstrations, and Boy Scout Camporee with more than 1,200 Boy Scouts.
Glass City Festival of Bands (held at Start High School), September 19th. It is hosted by the Roy C. Start Spartan Marching Band and the St. John's Jesuit Marching Titans.
These two appearances are in addition to the
Roche de Boeuf Festival (September 26th) in downtown Waterville, and 4 football games, all in September.
