Fallen Timbers Holiday Band Concert, 7pm, December 19, 2011, AWHS Auditorium.

Students will need to report to the high school music rooms (adjacent to the auditorium) at 6:40pm with instrument and music. The H.S is two buildings north of F.T.

Students should wear a red shirt or sweater and dark slacks or skirt. (If there is a small logo or stripe on the shirt or sweater that is okay). Santa hats are acceptable (twinkling lights are even better). All parents, friends, and relatives are cordially invited to this concert.

The students are sounding GREAT and you will be impressed with their accomplishments.

This concert includes both the 5th grade band and the 6th grade band. Please plan on staying for both groups. The concert will last about 45 minutes.

Our first pizza reward parties for 6th graders is November 18th. This is only for those students who qualified. The list of students is posted in the bandroom. (Students needed 5 or more practice records with 1 or more hours [smiley faces or music notes] in the first grading period to qualify.)

The 6th grade party is: FRIDAY, NOV. 18 from 2:45-3:30pm in the FT bandroom.

Parents please plan on picking up your son or daughter at 3:30pm if they are going to attend.

FREE pizza - - and Battle Ball in the gym. CONGRATS to the 35 sixth graders who qualified.

Fallen Timbers Spring Band Concert, AWHS Auditorium.

For 4th grade students. AWHS Auditorium.

Informational meeting for fourth grade parents. At the Fallen Timbers Media Center. The band directors will answer questions about beginning in the band program. Rettig Music representatives will be on hand as a convenience for parents.

Suggested times (based on last name):

• A-G: 4-5pm
• H-M: 5-6pm
• N-S: 6-7pm
• T-Z: 7-8pm

The annual art/music show and Chicken BBQ. Performances by the Fallen Timbers Middle School, Junior High and Senior High Concert and Symphonic Bands.

Rescheduled from Monday the 13th to Thursday the 16th. Location: AWHS Auditorium. Concert: 7:00pm. Students should arrive at 6:45pm.

On Tuesday, March 16th, a part of our 6th grade band will travel to the Moncolva Community Center and perform for the Monclova Senior Luncheon Social. Our students will perform while the seniors dine and then our students will enjoy their lunch. Our band has always been well received at this event.
